One of the most common fears of facilitators without much experience is what to do with challenging participants. But who are we talking about when we say challenging participants?

If we have a participant who is not following the activity and make noise, or bother the group, often coming closer, standing next to them, and putting your hand on their shoulder can do miracles

Your safety comes first, so if there are violent behaviors in the group of participants you should have and follow anti bullying and anti discrimination protocol.
