There are trainers who love gadgets, and use them in many unexpected ways, although sometimes they don’t fit into the suitcase. 

 

Functions of gadgets (which comes to my mind now):

• Dividing pax into the groups

• Reflection 

• Organizing the discussion (who has a prompt has voice) 

• Catching attention 

• Energizers 

• And much more… you can think and add to this list.
